My name is Wii Kuo. I am a software developer, and I live in Taipei.

I am good at .Net, Web technology. But I am writing Windows Application now.

I was joined many project. In these project, I played Programmer, Architect, Project Manager, and etc…

I am studying methodology about improving software development process. I was joined a project about adopting CMMI in my company. I played EPG, ATM in this project. Besides, I developed a completed work process for my team.

I like Agile methodology and try to develop a work process for another team base on agile framework.
